Higher Authority: The People's Government of Zhangqiu
Brief Introduction: Zhangqiu Mingshui Economic Development Zone was approved to set up by Shandong Province in March 1992. It is located in the city of Zhangqiu, and it has planned area of 14.5 square kilometers. The general programme has been nearly completed. There are eight functional parts in the zone, which are solo foreign capital section, private business section, hi-tech section, green industrial park, warehouse, science and education section, living section, and travel & vacation village.
